Starting off by saying that I never write reviews and may have submitted probably 5 in the past 10-years. Though my recent visit to this office deserves a thorough 5-star review. -- Since relocating to this area 10-years ago, my family has struggled with identifying dental and medical service providers that fit our needs coupled with stringent expectations. We gone through several providers due to these most common issues: * Providers that are in our insurance networks * Office administrators who understand complicated insurance claims processes and contracted service rates and coverage. * Customer facing staff who are able to control responses and body language when they're having a bad day [and not take out their frustrations on every other patient yet to arrive]. * Receiving treatment plans overloaded with unnecessary follow-up services (leading to a need for costly second opinions). I'm delighted to say that we experienced none of these issues! From the initial contact, "Yanna" has been and continues to be a delight to speak with and her level of service knowledge is unmatched. "Nina" thoroughly impressed me with an educational experience while taking my x-rays. "Dr. Nguyen", likewise took me on an unmatched educational journey and shared the pros and cons of additional treatments. "Fernanda" provided a thorough cleaning that satisfied! "Anthony" explained the insurance coverage and provided a printout of the worst case scenarios. -- In short, this was the most impressive visit and I look forward to returning for my next maintenance visit.
